try to get out and walk even with the cold and back pain or ride the bike. sorry you're feeling miserable. I explained to kiko that the blog doesn't keep track of anything...it was a long conversation, but I think she gets it now. I'm trying to figure out how to import the info from Lose It directly to a blog posting, but haven't yet. I may call you tomorrow to lead me through it if I can't tonight.
