  1. hi....sorry i've been MIA. it looks like you are doing okay....how are you feeling about things? I will get back to posting and checking your posts tomorrow. i need to start training for a half marathon at the end of next month so i'd better get cracking. i'd like to talk to you soon. will call you this weekend or before.
    one thing i notice: you need to exercise more. aim for at least a half hour a day and work up to an hour..and you need to sweat,girl!! real exercise!!! it will seem easy once you get in the habit.
