  1. If this is too confusing to read I can post it differently. I copied everything from my app (it's online also), so I didn't have to re-enter it. According to the app's calculations, if I eat 1773 calories a day I'll lose 2 lbs a week. I'd like it to be faster but I suppose that's a reasonable goal. The app I'm using is called Lose It. It's nice because I can scan the barcode of whatever I'm eating and it logs all the info!
